As with most real estate transactions, this one had a couple of complications. Eric did a wonderful job of managing the process, including timely communications and updates.

It was made slightly more difficult as we are clients in a different state and relied on Eric and his team to take care of all of the "hands on" needs at the property. They did not disappoint. We are grateful for their timely and thorough work on our behalf.
